Jeonju Bibimbab

Jeonju Bibimbab is designed with the special request from the France buyer Riz Et Co. It is organized with rice, vegetable, soy sauce, chilli paste and sesame oil. Simply put the vegetable on the hot water for 10 min, squeeze out the water and put it on the hot rice with the sauce. The researchers at the international Korean culinary schools have commented that “We did not expect that the dried vegetable will have such live texture and also the sauce are very well harmonized with the product!”
