We have processed additional fermentation of 3 months by adding the fermented chilli liquid, shitake mushrooms and other ingredients to the soy sauce The fermented chilli liquid has been used in the Buddha temple for long time as a natural spice. There are different types of seasoned soy sauce according to the ingredients that are added to the soy sauce. “Pine Mushroom soy sauce” and “Shitake Mushroom soy sauce” The new soy sauce product which are based on 100% Korean soy beans is currently on the development which will be in the market soon.
